HOOK UP WIRES

PTFE Insulated Hook-up wire manufactured by BHUWAL are highly recommended for Miniature Cables Applications because of their superior problem. PTFE is specially suitable for internal wiring – soldering applications where insulation melt back is a specific problem. PTFE insulated Hook –up Wires have outstanding resistance to Oil, Oxidation, Heat , Sunlight, & Flame; & also remain Flexible at low temperature. They have excellent to Ozone, Water, Alcohol, Gasoline, Acids , Alkalis, Aromatic, Hydrocarbons, & Solvents.
Co – AXIAL / TRIAXIAL CABLES

Multi –core cables are designed & manufactured as per customer’s Specification three types of construction with or without shield : -

THERMAL CLASS:

• Silver plated wires is suitable up to 270oc, 2) Nickle plated wire is suitable up to 200oc,

ADVANTAGES OF TAPE WRAPPED INSULATION OVER THE EXTRUDED INSULATION :

·Tape wrapped wires have uniform insulation thickness around the central conduct as compared to the wires Insulated by extrusion process.
·PTFE is a higher Grade insulating Polymer as compared to other Fluorocarbons being used in Extrusion process.

P.T.F.E. SLEEVES
PTFE SLEEVES Manufactured by BHUWAL INSULATION CABLES. PVT. LTD. Have excellent R.F. & high voltage properties, Smooth internals, super thermal resistance & freedom from Ageing, Fungus & Water absorption make these sleeves More preferred over conventional for medical application. PTFE sleeves manufactured by BHUWAL INSULATION CABLES. PVT. LTD. Conform to JSS 54802, Mil – 1 – 22129 standards. These are available in different colours & size. Bore size Range from 0.5 mm to 30 mm of 14standard a millimeter sizes in difference colours & wall thickness range between 0.25 mm to 1.00mm

FEATURE OF PTFE INSULATED WIRES

Flame Retardant : PTFE insulation is Fire proof and Flame proof. In case of short circuit or fire PTFE does not damage.
Heat Resistant : PTFE insulation is heat resistant. If some time it has to carry heavier load than its capacity it will not damage. It is also cold Resistant, it with stand from – 60oC upto 260oC.
Save Current : PTFE Insulated wires have a lower resistance in comparison of PVC insulated wires. In V resistant, this wiring saves electricity.
Save Space : The diameter of PTFE insulated wires are much less for the equivalent rate of PVC wires. It allows more numbers of wires into conduct housing.
Long Lasting : PTFE Insulated wires have longer life than of b PVC Insulated wires. PTFE Insulation is mechanical stronger than PVC insulation. These wires are fire proof, heat proof, moisture proof, chemical proof and fungus proof, etc.
